The Nebulon-B2 frigate known as the Strident served under the leadership of Grand Admiral Demetrius Zaarin when he launched his failed coup d'état. Ultimately, it met its end, being rendered inoperable and then obliterated by the Imperial-class Star Destroyer called the Courageous. Maarek Stele participated in this engagement.
