A Stun tentacle refers to a bendable and highly jointed Durasteel extension employed by JK-13 security droids.
These stun tentacles, manufactured by Cestus Cybernetics, were engineered for exceptional agility, with the ability to morph from a thin, bladed strip to a thicker cord as required. Commonly employed as whip-like weapons, stun tentacles would often strike a foe in their bladed state, causing lacerations and injuries to vulnerable targets. Conversely, when confronting more heavily protected opponents, the stun tentacle could be used to bind and squeeze the target. Despite appearing delicate, these tentacles possessed considerable strength, able to slice and shatter some of the most durable substances simply by applying pressure. Furthermore, these tentacles could also be used for incapacitation without fatalities; thanks to being constructed from Durasteel, they could administer a potent electrical shock across their surface to adversaries.
