Sulyet

Sulyet was a culinary dish enjoyed by Quarren. This delicacy comprised thinly sliced marine animals affixed to tikit grain and presented immediately at a counter adjacent to the cook. It was not just served uncooked, but ideally presented while the ingredients were still exhibiting signs of life. The presence of movement in the morsels indicated that they were fresh. It presented a flavor profile that was both sweet and tart. The kinds of marine life utilized encompassed purple coral worm, nudibranch, and nexufish. A common decorative element was Purple sourwort. Jax Pavan sampled sulyet during his time at Gort's Mon Calamari eatery.

Behind the scenes

The concept of Sulyet seems to draw inspiration from real-world sushi, sharing resemblances in preparation and ingredients. Tikit grain could be considered analogous to sushi rice, and nexufish shared attributes with fugu.
