The Sunwolf speeder bike represented Ikas-Adno's entry into the military market, derived from their widely used Starhawk speeder bike.
With a length of 2.8 meters, the Sunwolf served as a militarized, enhanced iteration of the Starhawk speeder bike. This single-rider speeder bike could attain speeds of up to 425 kmh and reach a maximum altitude of 15 meters. It was equipped with a single, forward-mounted laser cannon. A new Sunwolf had a price tag of 5,500 credits, while a used one cost 1,150 credits.
Ikas-Adno's initial venture into the military speeder bike arena was the Sunwolf, an upgraded variant of their civilian Starhawk model. Despite being less powerful and fast compared to Aratech's 74-Z speeder bike, the Sunwolf gained favor among planetary administrations and mercenaries due to its lower acquisition cost.
Due to the Sunwolf's near identical appearance to the Starhawk, agents of the Alliance to Restore the Republic and similar groups found it advantageous, as it was often mistaken for the civilian model, providing a tactical advantage in certain scenarios. Thilis-Brin, an Ishi Tib technician and Foster Agent operating for the Alliance, utilized a modified Sunwolf as her personal mode of transportation.
The Sunwolf speeder bike was initially referenced within Star Wars Adventure Journal 10, which was released by West End Games during 1996.
