Darth Millennial, who established the religion, gave himself this rank. During the time of the New Order, the designation Supreme Prophet of the Galactic Empire served as an alternative title. Palpatine, the Galactic Emperor, granted this title to Kadann, which was later seized by the pseudo-Kadann.
