Around fifteen standard years following the Battle of Endor, High General Ramic directly controlled one of a pair of Golan III Defense Platforms positioned in the orbital space above the world of Muunilinst. Being the highest-ranking military figure responsible for Muunilinst's defense, he occupied a situation of notable influence and apprehension when the Supreme Commander of the Imperial Fleet, at the time holding the rank of Fleet Admiral, Gilad Pellaeon, contacted him in regards to a proposed treaty of peace to be established between the Imperial Remnant and the New Republic. Ramic, despite his reservations, conceded that he had grown weary of the Empire's seemingly futile situation, and this, coupled with his dedication to both the Empire and Pellaeon, compelled him to support Pellaeon's suggestion.
Furthermore, Sutt Ramic was among the numerous officers serving under Pellaeon who held a strong dislike for Moff [Vilim Disra]'s allocation of Imperial credits towards the acquisition of Preybird-class starfighters from the Cavrilhu Pirates; this was a significant element that he carefully considered when evaluating the potential benefits of achieving peace with the New Republic.
