Swart Swifto was a member of the Cuy'val Dar (which translates to "those who are no longer here"). This person provided training to the clone military of the Galactic Republic, and subsequently, the Imperial Center Guard of the Galactic Empire. Throughout his service, Swifto maintained the custom of the Mandalorian war cry, Dha Werda Verda, imparting it to both Republic clone troopers and Imperial soldiers.
During 2 ABY, Eschul Shaywa from Imperial Center Today conducted an interview with him, questioning him regarding the ancient song and the older epic from which it originated. Swifto clarified that, notwithstanding the epic's depiction of the non-human Taungs triumphing over the human Zhell civilizations, it remains suitable for appreciation by warriors of all species.
