Tail stinger wrap

Tail stinger wraps were implements employed by those who managed dark wolves; these dark wolves possessed a stinger on their tails, similar to that of a Tripion. Adazian Liebke, an Alliance operative and also a dark wolf handler, had a number of these tail stinger wraps in his possession.
