Tal Freykaa was a male Twi'lek who existed during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Sometime after the Battle of Yavin, Freykaa found himself on the world of Dathomir, where an accident transpired at the Imperial Research and Prison Facility. As a result, Tal Freykaa was infected with the Blackwing virus, transforming him into an undead being. A spacer subsequently destroyed his reanimated body within the Quarantine Zone located on Dathomir. The events occurred during the time of the galactic conflict.
Within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, which was a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts before it shut down on December 15, 2011, Tal Freykaa was featured as a non-player character. Freykaa was incorporated into the game via "Game Update 14," which was released on October 12, 2009. He functioned as one of the Undead boss enemies situated in the Quarantine Zone, whom players needed to defeat in order to complete a collection.
