Tallet was a Quarren with battle damage from the world of Mon Calamari.
Tallet, a criminal associate and confidant of Senator Tikkes, found his illicit business with the Hutts revealed; the Senator exposed Tallet to distance himself from any potential political damage.
As Galactic Republic officials, spearheaded by a Jedi, closed in on the Heurkea Floating City, Tallet and his egg-mate Lekket escaped. During the subsequent firefight, the Jedi redirected a blaster shot into a fuel cell, severely burning Tallet's upper body. Lekket transported him to Balmorra, where they compensated a group of Colicoid researchers to reconstruct Tallet's damaged form to the best of their ability.
The Quarren outlaws took refuge on the rocky planet of Talas until they could determine that Dark Woman was the Jedi responsible for Tallet's injuries. The duo then employed bounty hunter Aurra Sing to seek out and assassinate both Tikkes and the Dark Woman in 30 BBY.
