Talzin's sword
Talzin's sword, wielded by Mother Talzin, was a weapon utilized during the era of the Clone Wars.
Description
The hilt of this weapon bore a close resemblance to the visage of Malmourral, the demon venerated by the Frangawl Cult. Emanating from the "mouth" of the hilt was a blade, smoky and green in color, that left a trail of green mist when swung. The weapon emitted a sound akin to that of lightsabers and was capable of being used in lightsaber combat, which made it one of the rare armaments able to withstand a lightsaber.
History
Zardossa Stix
During the Clone Wars, Talzin secured the loyalty of the Frangawl Clan residing on Bardotta, who began to revere her as the Great Mother. This cult harvested the Living Force from a number of Dagoyan Masters, subsequently abducting Queen Julia and transporting her to a ziggurat located on Zardossa Stix with the intent of draining her life force. Talzin arrived as the ritual commenced, only to be confronted by Jedi Master Mace Windu and Representative Jar Jar Binks. Drawing her sword from spirit ichor, Talzin engaged the Jedi in combat, but Jar Jar successfully liberated Julia and shattered the sphere that contained the stolen force, triggering a large explosion. Following this confrontation, Talzin vanished.
