Tara Sands, a voice-over performer from the United States, is most famous for her contributions to anime and video games, notably providing voices for more than 50 characters for the English language version of Pokémon. Her initial foray into the Star Wars universe involved lending her voice to Sestin Blin within The High Republic: Tempest Runner.
