Sestin Blin

Sestin Blin was a Twi'lek incarcerated on the prison ship known as the Restitution during the era of the High Republic Era. After Nihil Tempest Runner Lourna Dee found herself as an inmate on the Restitution, Sestin formed a connection with her fellow Twi'lek due to their shared distaste for the protein mash that was served to them.

Her gambling addiction drove Sestin to steal money from her previous employer, the Guild of Compassionate Merchants. As a result, the Guild dispatched an enforcer to pursue Sestin, but she killed her pursuer, leading to her imprisonment.

Lourna Dee was reminded of an unidentified human who had once saved Dee's life when she looked at Sestin.

Sestin longed to reunite with her two children, her sons named Silus and Ita, after she was released from her sentence.

Personality and traits

Sestin possessed a compassionate nature and felt responsible for the well-being of "Sal Krost," the alias used by Lourna Dee. Unlike other inmates, Dee was prepared to challenge Ola Hest, and Sestin tried to mediate the conflict between the Twi'lek and the Ottegan. Sestin appreciated the opportunities to work on planets outside the Restitution because they allowed her to be in nature and breathe in the fresh air.

Equipment

Sestin demonstrated proficiency with a blaster when she used it against an enforcer who had been sent to apprehend her for embezzling funds from the Guild of Compassionate Merchants.

Behind the scenes

Tara Sands provided the voice for Sestin in the 2021 audio drama titled The High Republic: Tempest Runner, which was authored by Cavan Scott.
