Tavell Geen, a Centran male, held the position of Scrivinir for the Centrality during the majority of the Galactic Civil War and for a number of years following its conclusion.
Information regarding Geen's life is scarce. Before his appointment as Scrivinir, he was awarded the highly regarded rank of Ottdefa by the esteemed University of Lekua V.
Geen's tenure as Scrivinir was abruptly ended by a violent military takeover led by Fleet Admiral Sris Lehhett of the Centrality amidst the galactic chaos shortly after the Yuuzhan Vong invasion commenced. Surviving the coup, he escaped to Coruscant and sought to rally support from the New Republic to regain his former office.
