Tebbi was a Lepi of the female gender, notable for her gentle white fur and ears with pink coloring at the tips. As the daughter of Heff, one of the few remaining individuals from the initial colony ships that established a settlement on Tatooine during the initial years of the Galactic Empire, she held a significant connection to the planet's history. Being a sympathizer with the Rebel cause, when the bounty hunter Jodo Kast killed her father while hunting Adar Tallon, Tebbi chose to divulge her knowledge to a team of Rebel operatives who were also in pursuit of Tallon.
Some time afterward, Tebbi made the decision to sell Heff's Souvenirs, her father's business, to a Sullustan named Moplin Jarron.
In Tatooine Manhunt, Tebbi's appearance was characterized as resembling a "rabbit-like alien." Later, in The Starhoppers of Aduba-3, the name "Heff" was cited as a typical example of a Lepi name, thereby solidifying the identification of both him and his daughter as members of the Lepi species.
