Teffer was a member of the human species, who worked as a pilot for the Resistance's Starfighter Corps. He was stationed at the Resistance base located on the planet D'Qar. Once Poe Dameron enlisted with the Resistance, Teffer became a member of Dameron's squadron during the Resistance's struggle against the First Order.
