The Telosian Council served as the ruling authority on the planet Telos IV following the conclusion of the Jedi Civil War. Leading up to the Telosian Restoration Project, it experienced significant infiltration by lobbyists from the Czerka Corporation, who aimed to deeply embed the company within the emerging government to optimize their earnings. While officially responsible for maintaining security through the Telos Security Force, the Telosian Council also had oversight of the numerous Restoration Zones situated on the planet's surface, overshadowed by Citadel Station, and the station's operational systems.
The Jedi Exile's contributions were instrumental in enabling the Council to ultimately remove Czerka and the Exchange from both Citadel Station and Telos. This was achieved by securing critical evidence and witnesses for the Council's consideration. However, the mercenaries employed by the corporation continued to pose a danger.
