Replica of the Sacrificial Sphere
A sizable Sith relic was positioned within the higher reaches of the Temple of Sacrifice, located on the moon known as Yavin 4. This relic, along with its associated ritual, possessed the power to obliterate all life forms present on Yavin 4. Consequently, the Sith Emperor intended to utilize it as a safeguard, should his physical form meet its end. However, Revan, a crazed Force-sensitive individual, managed to gain command of the artifact. He sought to revive the Emperor for the sole purpose of assassinating him. Before the ritual could reach completion, the combined forces of the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic, who had formed a temporary alliance, launched an assault on the temple and successfully brought about the artifact's destruction.
