The Galactic Empire's Task Force Admonitor, under the command of Captain Voss Parck, engaged the eight Firekiln warships and twenty-seven escort ships of the alien Warlord Nuso Esva in 0 ABY. This battle occurred alongside Captain Calo Drusan's Imperial Star Destroyer Chimaera above the planet. Esva, who was masquerading as Imperial Court member Lord Odo on the Chimaera, suggested to Drusan that his ships should split up and flank the enemy, a tactic that proved effective as it forced them to withdraw into hyperspace.
