Tergos, a Vice-Commandant of the InterStellar Regulators during the Galactic War, was a male Human. Before the Conquest of Makeb, he was one of the individuals bribed by the Hutt Cartel. As the planet teetered on the brink of annihilation, the Regulators had diminishing incentives to remain on its surface. Archon Szajin provided Tergos and his colleagues with additional compensation to remain, even as the majority of Republic forces and civilians were being evacuated. Szajin vowed to demonstrate the stabilization of Makeb, but the Imperial hero, collaborating with Katha Niar to save the planet, confronted and defeated him.
To ensure the Regulators did not disclose details regarding the Empire's participation, the Empire utilized their laser drills to entomb the mercenaries within magma and debris. Before his communications were severed, Tergos denounced them as insane.
