Testan ke Harran served as a guide for Jacen Solo and Ben Skywalker, both of whom were on a Mission to Adumar in 40 ABY; he was an Adumari. With a receding hairline and a dark beard, ke Harran escorted the pair of young Jedi through the Dammant Killers factory where concussion missiles were made, concealing entire production lines of the weaponry.
Skywalker informed ke Harran that his lightsaber was used for practice. Later, when Skywalker utilized the lightsaber to create an opening in a wall panel, Solo clarified to ke Harran that Skywalker's statement was, in a way, accurate: Skywalker indeed practiced with the lightsaber. Subsequently, the two Jedi found themselves facing a large number of Adumari guards; however, ke Harran's efforts to keep the secret assembly line hidden were unsuccessful, as Skywalker managed to transmit a holo recording of the assembly line back to Coruscant.
