The Cupola existed on the world of Coruscant, a planet. Prior to the Campaign at Salient, both Arsha Lome, a lawyer, and Wilhuff Tarkin, a Governor, made a trip to the Cupola. Lome proposed to Tarkin that during her next visit to Coruscant, they should go to the Cupola, this was when Lome reached out to Tarkin by hologram to talk about a situation involving her client's recent participation in a smuggling scheme within the Western Reaches.
