"The Droid Rooms", a musical piece, served as the soundtrack for the queue area of the original Star Tours attraction, and it was composed of two separate parts. The initial part of the music would play while the repair droid G2-9T would often inform visitors that it was one of his favorite tunes: "I Wanna Weld Your Hand" by Danny and the Droids.
"The Droid Rooms" was included on several albums, namely The Music of Disneyland, Walt Disney World and Epcot Center (1988), The Official Album of Disneyland and Walt Disney World (1991), and Tokyo Disneyland Music Album (2001). Richard Bellis wrote the song, which has a duration of three minutes and thirty-nine seconds.
