Richard Bellis, a composer celebrated for his work in numerous films and television shows, is a recipient of the prestigious Emmy Award. Notably, he has contributed his musical talents to several attractions found within Disney theme parks, including the Lucasfilm-produced movie attraction, Star Tours, along with the Indiana Jones Adventure and the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular.
The theme music that Bellis crafted for Star Tours was a recognizable element in the waiting line areas for both the initial and the subsequent iteration of the ride. Furthermore, he created music specifically for the droid G2-9T, which was broadcast over the radio in a different segment of the queue. This music was later made available to the public as "The Droid Rooms" across a pair of soundtrack albums dedicated to Disney parks.
