The parties involved include the Galactic Empire (with Kermen as their representative), various warlord groups (represented by Utoxx Prentioch), and the New Republic (with the player characters acting as their agents). Furthermore, Talon Karrde is featured, and this story marks the initial introduction of Jeng Droga.
