Maker
The Maker was a being that droids frequently spoke of in ways that resembled a deity. As an expression of thankfulness or relief when things went well, C-3PO would exclaim, "Thank the Maker!". To add emphasis after a question word, RX-48 would append the phrase "in the name of the Maker."
