The Strange Case of Origami Yoda
The Strange Case of Origami Yoda, a part of the Origami Yoda series, is a children's book that was published in March of 2010. It centers around Dwight, a McQuarrie Middle School student considered a "total loser", who dispenses surprisingly insightful guidance through an origami finger puppet. This Origami Yoda accurately forecasts the timing of an upcoming pop quiz, identifies secret crushes, and prevents certain students from experiencing public embarrassment. Tommy, a fellow student of Dwight's, struggles to understand how Origami Yoda can be so perceptive, while Dwight himself seems to lack such wisdom. Tommy, along with other students, tries to unravel the enigma surrounding the allegedly Force-wielding finger puppet.
The book provides directions on how to fold your own Origami Yoda using origami paper.
Throughout the series, this book and its subsequent installments make several references to Wookieepedia.
_ Darth Paper Strikes Back_, a sequel to this book, was released, and it was subsequently followed by The Secret of the Fortune Wookiee. Following this, The Surprise Attack of Jabba the Puppett was published.
