A thildas represented a clan within the Ebranite society. Typically, these clans were composed of twenty to thirty families, with all members residing and being employed within a shared territory. Each clan possessed a distinctive emblem that its members would have tattooed onto their upper left arm.
The governing body of each thildas was a leadership council referred to as the ghantar. A rivalry spanning a thousand years existed between two of the primary clans, specifically the Rull and the Jih-tan.
