Thorne Kraym succeeded Alto Stratus as the head of the Jabiimi Nationalists, and he subsequently became the Imperial Governor for the planet Jabiim.
During the Battle of Jabiim, Kraym was a combatant for the Nationalists. Furthermore, he killed Orliss Gillmunn during the Battle of Hyber Canyon. In the time period of Eight months ABY, he divulged to Luke Skywalker a significant amount of information concerning Luke's father, specifically detailing the ways in which he betrayed his own people. Nolan Gillmunn brought about Thorne's death on Jabiim.
Within the comic book itself, he is referred to simply as "Thorne." The full name "Thorne Kraym" is only given in the introductory summary of Empire 34.
