A specific type of droid created for educational purposes was the Timely Tutor education droid. Following the Spectres' successful attack which resulted in the destruction of more than two dozen Interrogator droids within a supply convoy, Imperial Holovision falsely reported that the Spectres had destroyed over two dozen of these tutor droids, thereby portraying the event as an assault on learning.
