Tir'uh was a criminal of the Noehon species, identified as female, and a significant figure within the Mytaranor Slaving Council. As a successful practitioner of slavery, she was perceived as a danger by the Task Force on Alliance Security, who initially misidentified her as the Council's head.
As a Noehon female, Tir'uh made her living as a slaver, a profession not commonly pursued by female Noehons, who were predominantly enslaved on their home planet. For several decades under the Galactic Empire, Tir'uh was involved in criminal activities, largely focused on slavery. Her travels spanned from Kessel to Bnar VII, and she reportedly possessed extensive knowledge of the slave trading locations between these two planets.
Tir'uh became a member of the Mytaranor Slaving Council, and her importance was so great that the Task Force on Alliance Security initially believed she held the leadership position. The discovery of the true leader, Talas Piran, prompted the Task Force to reassess Tir'uh's role; they ultimately concluded that she acted as an "elder statesbeing", providing guidance and counsel. Nevertheless, she was clearly recognized as a high-ranking member of the Council.
Tir'uh and Piran encountered a failing Krish smuggler named Karalan. Kalaran was able to gain their favor, and they employed him as part of the security detail for the Vanquisher.
