Torith

Torith held the rank of Grand Moff within the Galactic Empire and was a male. This occurred during the time of the Galactic Civil War. His rise to prominence within the Imperial government stemmed from his success in reasserting control over sectors that were nearing defection to the Rebellion. On one occasion, he unexpectedly appeared at the Cynestra Space Craft Show after hearing that Tay Industries would be unveiling their new D-Wing Space Superiority Fighter. He wanted to assess its potential use against the Rebellion. However, a Rebel cell was also present, initially intending to steal the D-wing. Upon discovering Torith's presence, they altered their objective to include his assassination. The Rebels accomplished both goals, escaping with the D-wing prototype and leaving Grand Moff Torith dead.
