A male Human operative of Imperial Intelligence named Trabler was renowned for his absolute loyalty to the Empire. His considerable physical power was demonstrated when he once ripped the head off an Ithorian with his bare hands. He was assigned as support for Agent Ysanne Isard (at the time), who was dispatched to Darkknell in 0 BBY to retrieve confidential data pertaining to the original Death Star. During this assignment, Hal Horn used a Jedi mind trick to impair Trabler's vision, leading him to shoot and almost kill Moranda Savich. Following Isard's conclusion that Horn was aware of their true identities, she ordered Trabler to assassinate Horn. This attempt, however, led to Trabler's death when Horn used his own weapon against him.
