Black Sun Vigo [Sprax], a rival crime lord whose criminal empire dwarfed Voli's, was a major competitor for Voli within the Sisar Run's criminal underworld.
Voli's assets included a small base of operations in an old religious temple located within Temptation Canyon on the planet Sriluur, as well as a starship named the Cones of Silence.
