The criminal organization referred to as the Antar Band operated within the Sisar Run. This group was under the command of Ujin Voli, a Gotal, who chose the name of the group based on the planet that served as the origin of his people, orbiting his homeworld. While composed primarily of smugglers, thieves, and scavengers, the Antar Band represented the most significant challenge to the criminal control that Black Sun held over the Sisar Run, and was especially despised by Black Sun Vigo Sprax. The ranks of the Antar Band also included individuals such as Zirlig, an assassin of the Ishi Tib species, and Ar'wa Nonshik, a mercenary from Aramandi.
