On the moon of Nar Shaddaa, a location within Hutt Space, one could find a shady establishment known as Uncle Chesko's. This run-down drinking hole was situated close to a freighter docking area. At some point during the latter years of the Clone Wars, a conflict spanning from 22 to 19 BBY, the music coming from Uncle Chesko's drew in the Yuzzum J'ywz'gnk Kchhllbrxcstk Et'nrmdndlcvtbrx. While Evar Orbus and His Galactic Jizz-Wailers provided the entertainment at Uncle Chesko's, Et'nrmdndlcvtbrx began to sing, capturing the attention of the bar's patrons. The eponymous band leader, greatly amused and impressed by Et'nrmdndlcvtbrx's impromptu performance, extended an invitation for the Yuzzum musician to become a member of the band.
The Star Wars Trilogy Sourcebook, Special Edition, a 1997 supplement for the Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game by West End Games, included an initial, though indirect, reference to Uncle Chesko's. The bar's name was first revealed in "Who's Who in the Max Rebo Band," an article penned by Rich Handley for the sixty-seventh issue of Star Wars Insider magazine, released on April 15, 2003.
