Aboard the Springhawk, a vessel of the Chiss Expansionary Fleet, a Chiss served as a messenger for Force Commander Mitth'raw'nuruodo (whose core name was "Thrawn") in 27 BBY. During that year, the messenger conveyed to Jorj Car'das, a Corellian smuggler, that Thrawn wanted to meet with him at Forward Visual Triangulation Site Number One.
