A sword bearer was a Chubbit who was held in enslaved status by Mors Demanna, the crime lord of the Chagrian race. This Chubbit lived in Noua, a city located on the planet of Telerath. The Human Jedi Knight in exile, Dass Jennir, happened to be visiting Telerath when he saw the Chubbit performing his duties. Demanna was holding sword fights in order to find worthy recruits for his gang, and the Chubbit was present in this capacity.
