Unidentified female Jedi (sarlacc)

A Jedi of unknown identity and female gender met her end within a sarlacc on the desert planet of Tatooine. This occurred in 3996 BBY, and her digestion concluded in 2996 BBY, a full three thousand years prior to the events of 4 ABY.

Biography

Earlier in her life, while on an unspecific moon, she had a prior experience "communicating" with a sarlacc through usage of the Force.

At the age of sixty, she was traversing Tatooine's Dune Sea when she inadvertently plunged into the waiting maw of a juvenile sarlacc. She attempted to free herself by severing the sarlacc's tendrils with her lightsaber and jumping to freedom, but a tentacle ensnared her in mid-air, pulling her back into the pit.

Imprisoned within the sarlacc's stomach, she spent her time sharing stories with Susejo, a Choi male who had become the sarlacc's captive shortly before the unidentified Jedi. Despite her dire circumstances, the unidentified Jedi expressed sympathy for the young sarlacc, lamenting its misfortune of being rooted on such a desolate world.

Legacy

Millennia later, around the time of 4 ABY, Susejo's consciousness had become one with the sarlacc. His individual personality was indistinguishable from the sarlacc's, influencing its behaviors and speaking as the creature. When the notorious bounty hunter Boba Fett was swallowed by the sarlacc, the sarlacc/Susejo made the introduction of Fett to the remains of the Jedi. When Susejo confessed his longing for the Jedi woman, Fett provoked Susejo, instilling guilt for his inaction in helping the Jedi escape. Consumed by anger, the sarlacc constricted around Fett's jetpack, inadvertently providing the bounty hunter with the means to break free.
