A Jedi was seized by Sith troops and transported to the planet of Odacer-Faustin. On this world, the Jedi was destined to be a sacrifice in a ceremony designed to bestow immortality upon the Sith Lord known as Darth Drear. Drear planned to extract the Jedi's heart with a sword, then ingest the vital organ to finalize the immortality rite. However, the Jedi's blood did not contain enough midi-chlorians for the ritual to work. Consequently, Drear perished because of the unsuccessful attempt.
