This "Old Jawa", a furious mechanic with battle scars, led the Jawa clan. As the head of the clan, he frequently used a piece of machinery as a walking stick.
Upon discovering that the mechanic had, in a fit of pique, wrecked the clan's entire supply of droids after failing to fix a faulty R5 droid, the clan leader gave him a severe reprimand. Later, when the clan recovered a damaged X-wing, the leader tasked the now disheartened mechanic with repairing it, hoping to sell the starfighter for a substantial profit.
Being knowledgeable about the Galactic Civil War, and aware that Darth Vader possessed a TIE advanced, the clan leader speculated that a TIE advanced found by salvagers was Vader's fighter, downed by the Millennium Falcon.
Later, the clan leader joined the other clan members in celebrating the mechanic's heroic deed of stealing the TIE/LN starfighter from the salvagers.
This character is exclusively featured in the Oh!! Jawajawa story, which appeared in the Star Wars Manga: Silver edition of Tokyopop's Star Wars Manga. Initially released in Japan, these narratives were regarded by Lucasfilm as having unclear continuity. Subsequently, they were re-released in English within the United Kingdom under the Infinities banner, designating their content as non-canonical.
