This particular species of two-legged sentients inhabited a planet situated within the Outer Rim, found relatively close to the boundary of the Galactic Republic's territory. A defining characteristic was their face, bisected vertically with two flaps that spread outward, revealing a mouth filled with pointed, white teeth. They protected their two eyes with specialized goggles.
Mandalorian armies, commanded by Rohlan Dyre—a Mandalorian Crusader attempting to desert in order to uncover the true reasons behind the Mandalorian's expansion—seized control of their homeworld. During his flight, he eliminated numerous members of the species' military, who were clad in blue uniforms. Furthermore, an individual from this species was observed on Korriban, the Sith home planet, in the year 3993 BBY.
Dustin Weaver conceived this species for the comic Shadows and Light, which appeared in Tales 23 during May of 2005. The comic featured only a single member of the species, appearing briefly at the edge of a single panel. Weaver later illustrated this species' conquest by the Mandalorians in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic in September of 2006, creating a playful connection to his previous work.
