This Shadow Guard was a male Human who served within the ranks of the Emperor's Shadow Guard. He found himself stationed on the world of Nar Shaddaa. His life came to an end, as he was killed when Galen Marek, Darth Vader's secret apprentice, arrived on the planet in search of the Jedi Master Rahm Kota.
At some point in his life, he achieved the rank of Emperor's Shadow Guard, an elite unit within the Emperor's Royal Guard. During the year 2 BBY, when Galen Marek, the hidden apprentice of Darth Vader, visited the planet of Nar Shaddaa with the purpose of locating Jedi Master Rahm Kota, the guard was dispatched alongside a task force with orders to kill Marek. The apprentice successfully overcame all of his Imperial Navy commandos, leading to a duel between Marek and the Shadow Guard in front of The Undertow, a cantina where Kota was present. Kota initiated an ambush with a Force Push, and the guard initially deployed a wave of EVO Troopers to engage Marek. After a period of time, the Shadow Guard then called upon his Shadow Troopers for assistance. Despite these efforts, the Shadow Guard was ultimately defeated by the apprentice, who employed the Force to hurl him from the bar as the Shadow Guard attempted a Force Grip, resulting in his death.
Being a Shadow Guard, he demonstrated skill in wielding a lightsaber pike, which he utilized during his duel. The guard also possessed a degree of Force sensitivity, enabling him to generate Force lightning and execute a Force choke. However, these skills proved insufficient against the superior abilities of Marek.
