A member of the Troukree species, hailing from a group of refugees also of the Troukree race, and led by their representative, Vaantaar, found themselves displaced from their original homeworld due to the actions of the alien warlord Nuso Esva. Approximately eight months following the Battle of Yavin, this Troukree, along with their fellow refugees, journeyed with Vaantaar to support the renegade stormtroopers known as the Hand of Judgment in their mission to defend Imperial Governor Bidor Ferrouz of the planet Poln Major. Poln Major was also under threat from Esva. During a fight within Whitestone City against Esva's troops, the Troukree met their death by selflessly using their body as a shield to protect the leader of the Hand of Judgment, Daric LaRone, from the intense fire of an E-Web heavy repeating blaster.

A member of the Troukree species was part of a group of refugees who fled their homeworld because of the threat posed by Nuso Esva, a warlord who was also an alien. By the time of 0 ABY, the Troukree refugees had settled on Poln Major, the capital planet of the Candoras sector located in the Outer Rim Territories. While on Poln Major, the refugees' leader, Vaantaar, served as an agent for Senior Captain Thrawn of the Galactic Empire and the Empire of the Hand. On Poln Major, the Troukree refugee joined Vaantaar in assisting the Hand of Judgment, a band of five stormtrooper deserters, in their efforts to safeguard Imperial Governor Bidor Ferrouz from assassination attempts. These attempts were orchestrated by Esva's elite troops, known as the Chosen. The Governor's death was intended as a lure to draw Thrawn into a trap set by Esva within the Poln system. In the basement of the Whistling Wind tapcafe in Whitestone City, Joak Quiller and Korlo Brightwater, two members of the Hand of Judgment, instructed their Troukree allies in basic stormtrooper battle strategies, while Daric LaRone and Saberan Marcross, two other stormtroopers, defended against the first attack on their sanctuary.
During the second assault, the Troukree made the ultimate sacrifice, shielding LaRone, the stormtroopers' leader, from the intense fire of an enemy E-Web heavy repeating blaster with their own body. One of the Troukree's companions aided them in leaping over LaRone's head as the stormtrooper approached the weapon, providing essential cover. The defenders successfully repelled three attacks against their sanctuary, suffering only the loss of the Troukree who had shielded LaRone during the second wave, before Troukree reinforcements arrived outside the tapcafe. Their sacrifice profoundly affected the stormtroopers, who were deeply moved that an alien would risk their life to protect a Human. This act later influenced their decision to accept Thrawn's offer to join his Empire of the Hand, where they would train a new strain of stormtroopers that welcomed aliens into their ranks, named after the Imperial 501st Legion.
Like the other Troukree warriors who followed Vaantaar, this Troukree was skilled in close-quarters combat using knives. They also possessed acrobatic skills, which they used to enhance their combat abilities and to leap high into the air with the assistance of a companion when protecting LaRone from the heavy repeating blaster E-Web. During their time with the Hand of Judgment, the Troukree received further training in the use of blaster weapons from Quiller and Brightwater. The Troukree demonstrated a willingness to sacrifice their life to ensure the success of LaRone's mission to eliminate the E-Web threat. They had green, scaly skin, with patches of fur of the same color.
The Troukree character appeared in Timothy Zahn's 2011 novel, Choices of One.
