Capitlziation

Hello there! I am writing to inform you that on Wookieepedia, species names do not require capitalization unless the species is sentient. For instance, write "krayt dragon," not "Krayt Dragon." Christhewalrus (talk) 00:21, 31 October 2020 (UTC)

Please ensure you include the appropriate categories for your future uploads, similar to what I did here. This is a requirement of the Image policy. Thanks! UberSoldat93 (talk) 15:55, 13 November 2020 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wookieepedia! I must point out that your edit to File:Incinerator Trooper AG.png included an external link but lacked a backup link. Our Sourcing policy requires that all external links have a permanent archival link included. You can find instructions on how to do this on the relevant citation template pages. Thank you! Strike

There's a link on your userpage labeled "Strike (rank)"; please update it to "Strike" because the page's location has changed. SilverSunbird (talk) 08:22, 24 January 2021 (UTC)

Imri's lightsaber

I understand your reasoning for wanting to move the page Imri's lightsaber, given that it was his initial weapon. However, the designation "Imri's lightsaber" appears in The High Republic: A Test of Courage, thus making it an official term within the universe for the weapon. Conversely, "Imri Cantaros' first lightsaber" is a speculative name, and we prefer to use official names whenever possible. We can incorporate a Youmay template when a page is created for his second lightsaber, but we cannot move the current page to a speculative name when a non-speculative name already exists. Liberation of Rekkana

Hello! Adherence to the 1.9 Layout Guide is a common edit summary from the dropdown menu, which I chose because my adjustment was related to the layout guide. The rationale behind the change is that, according to the layout guide, "The 'prev', 'conc', and 'next' fields of event infoboxes are reserved for events directly relevant to the article's topic and mentioned in the article's text." This was decided by vote in August of this year (the CT can be found here). Based on the new CT, there doesn't seem to be a strong justification for mentioning the Liberation of Kashyyyk in the article's text, so I proceeded to remove it. I hope this clarifies things for you! Let me know if you need more information. Lewisr (talk) 04:02, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
