The Vactooine system, a star system, resided within the Arkanis sector found in the Outer Rim Territories. This system included both Vactooine itself, and its satellite, the Moon of Vactooine. Kitalic Nirasik, a Svivreni who studied minerals, at one time oversaw the ore barges in this system.
