Vannis, a colonel and male Human, served the reconstituted Sith Empire as a member of their forces. He was stationed on Hoth amid the Cold War between the Sith and the Galactic Republic. As the commanding officer of Dorn Base, Vannis once led a group of troopers into the Icefall Plains, after which he disappeared. His remains were discovered within a Talz fortification in 3642 BBY by someone loyal to the Empire.
