Vassk, a Twi'lek smuggler with a menacing appearance, was in the employ of Tal Pak. He went with Pak to the Red Moon Saloon located on Tatooine to meet with Rebel operatives. Unbeknownst to Pak, Vassk had secretly informed the Galactic Empire about their plans in exchange for a considerable sum, effectively double-crossing his employer.
