Velrugha

Velrugha was a Hutt who led a military organization during repeated invasion attempts on the Hutt Space planet named Riileb. The sentient indigenous species of that planet, also known as the Riileb, had earlier been found by Nimbanese scouts working for the Hutts, but the Riilebs had refused the visitors' attempts to persuade them to become voluntary slaves of the Hutts.

Velrugha's military, employing a more aggressive method to enslave the Riileb, launched multiple invasion attempts to seize the planet, but each time they were successfully driven back. Ultimately, Velrugha abandoned the effort to conquer the planet and departed, leaving the Riileb to their own devices while searching for more vulnerable or cooperative species to subjugate. Following Velrugha's failed invasions, the Riileb maintained their independence from the Hutts.
