Vesden, an Imperial Navy trooper, served as a counterintelligence operative dispatched to Endor by the Imperial Security Bureau. His duties involved managing sensor systems created for the security of the control bunker against unauthorized access. Just before the Battle of Endor, the Endor strike team commanded by Han Solo breached the shield generator bunker, resulting in the temporary capture of Major Hewex and his unit, which included Vesden and Fenson. Later, reinforcements came, freeing Hewex and his soldiers. As the forest engagement concluded, Vesden was apprehended by the Rebel forces before the bunker was destroyed.
The initial appearance of Vesden was as an uncredited extra in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. An actor, whose name is unknown, played the role.
